With somatic body and breath-focused techniques and energy healing, you'll ground and resource safety from within. Through this, we explore physical and emotional tension in the body and nervous system. We can begin to connect felt sensation to thoughts, emotions or beliefs that may be holding you back.
Interpret your bodily cues, learn skills to your support nervous system and release tension and holding.
