She arrived not quite knowing what to expect.
She had the goal. She'd had it for a while. She understood, on some level, what was stopping her. But understanding it had never been enough to actually move.
Over four weeks, something shifted. Not in her mind — in her body. In the places she'd stopped listening to. In the tightness she'd learned to ignore. In the part of her that had been quietly waiting for permission to arrive.
On the final session she stood in circle with a group of women — strangers who had become witnesses — and she spoke her vision out loud. In her body. From a place she hadn't inhabited before.
She left different. Not because someone fixed her. Because she finally felt safe enough to arrive.
